Proffid Caribbean NV, founded February 2004, by Gertjan Roelofs (Managing Director), who graduated in 1995 from The Hotel Managementschool, The Hague, The Netherlands.

Proffid Caribbean NV represents:

- Micros Inc. in Aruba, Bonaire, and Curacao through a dealership for Micros POS products.

- Hotel Concepts in Aruba Bonaire, Curacao and St. Maarten through a Dealership for the IDPMS ( Integrated Distribution Property Management System) Hotel Software

- Brilliant Hotelsoftware in Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao and St. Maarten through a Dealership for the PMPRO and POS+ Hotel and restaurant software

- Yellowdog Inventory mainly in the ABC islands through a dealership

- Serenata GmBH imainly in the ABC Islands through a dealership for the Bookhotel ( Webboking Engine for Fidelio PMS) and @Mail for great looking mail correspondence

Proffid Caribbean NV has Partnered with Shift 4 Secure Creditcard processing, since this Proccesor solution is a perfect match for the Micros and IDPMS products.

Growing from a small office at home in Curacao in February 2004 moving to a bigger Office in the Dr. Henri Fergusonweg 3 (Willemstad) in November 2004, an Office was opened in Aruba that same year in May 2004. Currently our team consists of 6 Micros specialist, and job openings exist. In order to install and service these product lines, we continuously participate in training programs, both for sales and support staff.
