All Fidelio customers will receive a letter from Micros Inc.
This letter will state that Fidelio is end-of-life (EOL) and as per 31st of December 2011, no more license will be issued anymore.
This means if you need a change e.g. in interface, add/remove rooms, Micros Inc. will not provide with these license codes anymore (not to the Fidelio user not to us as a Dealer).
Proffid Caribbean NV will continue to Support your Fidelio system as long as your licenses are still vallid and you are our customer.
Proffid has become dealer for Hotel Concepts BV in Holland, selling, training, supporting and maintaining the IDPMS system. For our Fidelio Customers, Proffid offers an attractive package deal to migrate to IDPMS, and continue to receive local support, as well as european and (!) us-based 2nd line support.
