IDCRS

Integrated Distribution Central Reservations System (IDCRS) was created for the management and sales of multiple hotels. Even hotels of multiple chains. IDCRS can be used stand alone or as an addition to IDPMS. With a high end call center module and a GDS-connection on the one hand and a PMS-connection on the other hand, IDCRS offers a total solution for hotel companies, representation companies and voice reservation centers.

Hotel Concepts hit the nail on the head with the introduction of IDCRS. The hotel industry now has a solution for the automation of the entire reservation track, from demand to supply.

Call Center Module

The feature rich call center application offers multi-property rate queries, fast reservation processing and support for group and itinerary bookings: one reservation for stays in multiple hotels.

The IDCRS call center module is created to provide a fast and efficient experience to both the guest and the reservation agent. The agent has all hotel information readily available; rates, inventory, on and off property amenities, driving directions, nearby airports, nearby alternate properties and much more.

For quality and consistency, reservation taking can be scripted, prompting agents for the correct verbiage and offering a reservation recap script at the end of the reservation taking process.

Confirmations are e-mailed, faxed, or printed upon completion of the reservation. Reservation notification to the hotel happens either by integrated PMS, interfaced PMS, fax or e-mail.

PABX integration: Interfaces can be created with the call center PABX which allow for the pop up of repeat booker or repeat guest information or of reservations made from the incoming number.

Management reports on agent productivity, channel productivity and statistical and analytical data are also available. All reports are first displayed on screen, can be exported or e-mailed.

Channel management

IDCRS can be set up to link directly to the Global Distribution Systems, the branded website and many other booking channels.

UtraSwich: A direct connection with Pegasus’ UltraSwitch is available for hotel companies with their own chain code. Marketing messages displayed to Travel Agents, property information and other content can be managed straight from the CRS. Even negotiated rates can be set up for “pseudo city codes”.

Rates, availability, restrictions and guarantee and cancellation policies for all hotels and all channels connected can be managed from one screen.

Relation Management

Guest, Company and Agent profiles are all managed from IDCRS and can be shared with all or some properties connected. Profile matching is done on the fly by all centralized modules. Merging and purging options allow for relation database cleansing.

PMS

IDCRS has integration and interfaces not only with Hotel Concepts own Property Management System, but also with foreign systems, always in cooperation with the third party vendor. This ensures maximum accuracy for rates and channel management as well as for reservation input.
